The Top of Waikiki is the restaurant on the top floor of the Waikiki Business Plaza, where Hawaii Palms English School is. Top if Waikiki is the only revolving restaurant in Honolulu. It spins one full time every hour so you can enjoy many different views. For Happy Hour specials they have $4.00 cocktails, beer and wine. You can also choose from a variety of appetizers for $7.00.
